Monetization Process (Case Study)

1. After passing the technical validation, the NI 43-101 / JORC asset is integrated into a structure without transfer of ownership.

2. The inventory is used as collateral to issue a bank instrument (SBLC/LOC) through a Tier 1 entity.

3. This instrument is activated in secondary debt markets, generating operating liquidity during the cycle.

4. The company maintains control of the asset and does not incur shareholder dilution.

5. At the end of the program, the collateral is released in full.
